Early Morning Dishwasher

Do you want to work where you can be yourself while having fun? The Early Morning Dishwasher is key to maintaining the high level of Swamp Standards. Customer service starts with cleanliness!

Responsibilities

• Wash café and kitchen dishes following sanitation guidelines, keeping the dishwashing and storage areas clean
• Sweep, take out trash, compost, and recycling throughout the day
• Perform additional cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, wiping walls, and scrubbing dish station
• Assist Kitchen and Café in the transportation of dirty dishes to the dish room
• Put clean dishes back in their designated place in the appropriate department

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available early morning hours (4a-12p shift) and must be available weekends
• Must possess a passion for local food and an interest in telling the story behind it
• Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional, and respectful manner at all times
• Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service
• Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of a team, and able to create working relationships
• Must be highly motivated, hard working, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
