Hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe from Job Summary? The description includes "Job Summary ..." which is about the role. So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraph(s). - Responsibilities: from "Key Responsibilities ..." includes bullet points. We'll need to format as
  • items. The text includes categories: Classroom Leadership, Family & Community Engagement, Program Quality, Center Leadership & Administration. We can list each bullet as separate
  • . Might need to split sentences. - Requirements: from "Requirements Education & Experience (One of the following required): ..." list of options. We'll format as
    • . - Qualifications: from "Qualifications Must be medically cleared ..." list of bullet points. - Benefits: from "Part-time Benefits Employer-paid childcare ..." includes list: Employer-paid childcare, Telehealth, vision, and dental coverage, AFLAC supplemental plans, 401(k) for eligible employees, Paid sick time, On-demand pay, Career development and growth opportunities. Also earlier "Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare" but that's same. We'll include benefits as list. - Pay: from "Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour". So we can include

      Pay

      $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

. - Schedule: from "Schedule: Approximately 25–30 hours per week, scheduled within center hours (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)". So

      Schedule

Approximately 25–30 hours per week, scheduled within center hours (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

. We should not include Location as a heading (no heading for location). Could embed location in a paragraph maybe under About the role? But not required. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location is minor metadata; we could include it in a short

maybe under About the role or separate paragraph before sections. But we should not create a heading for it. We could include a

at start: "Location: Healthy Kids Programs Early Learning Center in Monticello, NY". That's fine. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create Skills section unless posting has specific skills. There's no explicit skills list; we have qualifications but not separate skills. So we omit Skills heading. We must not create Benefits unless posting actually states them; we have benefits, so include. We must not create Pay/Schedule unless posting actually states them; we have. Now produce HTML fragment.
