Early Learning Center Substitute

Job Description

The Early Learning Center is seeking substitute teachers to fill in for regular staff members. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational activities that support the curriculum and developmental needs of children.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members regarding student progress and concerns.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Rogers ISD.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and adults.
• Knowledge of child development stages and learning theories.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
