EARLY LEARNING CENTER COOK

Position Summary The Kokomo YMCA Early Learning Center seeks a Cook to join our team. The cook is responsible to plan, shop, prepare and serve balanced meals and snacks that meet nutritional and medical needs of children enrolled in our Early Learning Center and Out of School Time programs. The cook oversees all kitchen operations, maintains safe, clean and sanitary kitchen, and ensures safe food preparation, storage and disposal in accordance with accepted food handling practices, food safety regulations and child care food guidelines. Time management and organizational skills are a must. Requirements: SERV Safe certificate. You may stop in and fill out an application or print the application and bring it in.
