We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Company Overview: description of IU8. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Overview" could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections accordingly. We have: - Job Summary: description of role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Job Summary". We'll put under About the role. - Key Responsibilities: list of duties. Use
  • . - Requirements: includes education, clearances, medical exam, etc. Also "Must have personal vehicle for reliable transportation". Also "Complete and provide evidence of twenty (20) hours each school year of training". Also "Demonstrates regular and timely attendance". Also "Performs other duties as assigned". That's more responsibilities but okay. - Desired Qualifications: list of skills: Effective communication, ability to follow directions, ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality, Basic technology skills. Could go under Skills or Qualifications. - Benefits: only mentions "Pennsylvania Public Schools Employee's Retirement System (PSERS)". That's a benefit. So we can include Benefits section. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: mentions "Part-Time per 180 day program calendar". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. - Work Environment And Physical Demands: could be part of Requirements or maybe separate but not in list of headings. Could be included under Requirements or maybe as its own section but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those, we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably better to include under Requirements as part of job demands. But we have to preserve all substantive info. We could add a subsection under Requirements for Physical Demands. Or we could create a separate section but not in allowed list? The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings; we can also add others? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those. However we could add a section like "Work Environment" if needed, but better to incorporate into Requirements or Responsibilities. We also have "Supervisory Responsibilities: No". That's minor metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. We have "Labor Status: Non-Exempt", "Job Classification: Per current ESPA Agreement", "Certification: Non-Certificated". Those are metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. We have "Location: Blair County". Could be included in About the role or short p. We have "Reports to: Supervisor, as assigned by the Chief Education Officer". Could be in About the role. We have "Terms: Part-Time per 180 day program calendar". Already schedule. We have "How to Apply" and EEO etc; remove. We need to preserve all substantive information: company overview, job summary, responsibilities, requirements, desired qualifications, benefits, schedule, work environment/physical demands. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Location: Blair County. Reports to Supervisor as assigned by the Chief Education Officer. Part‑time position following the 180‑day program calendar. The Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8 (IU8) is one of 29 intermediate units providing services to member school districts across Blair, Somerset, Bedford, and Cambria counties, serving approximately 47,000 students. IU8 offers student services, training, technical assistance, online learning, and customized programs.

But we need to avoid repeating job title; fine. Then Responsibilities:

    • Follow the daily classroom and individual learner schedules as determined and directed by the teacher.
    • Be self‑directed with initiating daily schedule of activities and assigned tasks.

    • Demonstrates regular and timely attendance.
    • Must have personal vehicle for reliable transportation to all work locations.
    • Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with IU8 Board policy, administrative regulations, state and federal laws.
But note some of these items overlap with requirements (training, attendance, vehicle). Might be better to separate. We need Requirements section: education, clearances, medical exam, etc. Let's extract: Requirements: - Associates Degree or Higher; OR Completed Two Years of Postsecondary study with a minimum of 48 credit hours; OR High School Diploma or High School Equivalency with completion of the Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraeducators through the PA Department of Education - Current and acceptable clearances: Act 34 (PA State Police), Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History), Act 114 (PDE Fingerprinting), PDE6004 (Arrest & Conviction), and Act 168 (PA Sexual Misconduct background) - Upon hire, all new employees must obtain a certificate of medical examination as well as a tuberculosis test as required under Chapter 14 of the Public School Code, 24 P.S.14-1416, 14-1418; 22 PA Code49.12(b) (regarding education); and 28 Pa Code23.44 (regarding health and safety). - Must have personal vehicle for reliable transportation to all work locations. (maybe also here) - Complete and provide evidence of twenty (20) hours each school year of training related to the role, responsibilities, and assignment. - Demonstrates regular and timely attendance. We could also include physical demands under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we can incorporate. Qualifications/Skills: Desired Qualifications list: Effective communication (verbal and written) skills, Ability to follow directions, Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality, Basic technology skills. We could put those under Skills. Benefits: Pennsylvania Public Schools Employee's Retirement System (PSERS). Schedule: Part-Time per 180 day program calendar. Work Environment And Physical Demands: we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings. Could add a short paragraph under Requirements about work environment. Let's decide to include a section "Work Environment" but it's not in the list; risk of violating instruction. Better to incorporate into Requirements as a paragraph. Thus:

    Requirements

Education: Associates Degree or higher; OR two years of postsecondary study (≥48 credit hours); OR High School Diploma/Equivalency plus the Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraeducators (PA Dept of Education).

Clearances: Current and acceptable Act 34 (PA State Police), Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History), Act 114 (PDE Fingerprinting), PDE6004 (Arrest & Conviction), and Act 168 (PA Sexual Misconduct background).

Medical: Upon hire, obtain a certificate of medical examination and tuberculosis test as required by Chapter 14 of the Public School Code (24 P.S.14‑1416, 14‑1418), 22 PA Code 49.12(b), and 28 Pa Code 23.44.

Other: Must have personal vehicle for reliable transportation to all work locations; complete 20 hours of annual training related to the role; demonstrate regular and timely attendance.

Work environment: Typical school and classroom settings, including outdoor and community‑based activities; may require travel on school transportation (buses, vans). But we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Work Environment And Physical Demands" also includes "Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time", "Ability to move about various work environments", "Ability to position self to manage and retrieve various job materials and supplies", "Ability to push, pull, move, and lift up to 40 pounds", "Ability to operate a computer on a regular basis", "Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and exchange information with others in a variety of ways for understanding.", "Ability to complete
