Early Intervention Occupational Therapist - Part Time

At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
• Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
• Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
• Mentor OT students and assistants

Requirements

• Licensed OT in MA
• Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
• Strong communicator & team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required
• Early Intervention experience is preferred

Pay

$36.75 - $43.00 / Hour + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)
