Your Mission
As an Assistant Teacher - Early Head Start, you’ll help create a safe, engaging space where infants and toddlers can explore, connect, and grow with confidence. This role exists to strengthen early learning through consistent care, teamwork, and thoughtful support in the classroom.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting daily classroom routines
- Helping prepare learning materials and activity areas
- Aiding in child supervision and guidance
- Collaborating with the teaching team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Required qualifications/skills
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or Infant Toddler CDA
- Ability to work onsite in Sioux Falls, SD
- Strong communication, reliability, and a calm, caring approach with young children
