Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-energy, play-based lesson plans.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and exceptionally safe classroom culture.
- Build strong, meaningful partnerships with families through stellar communication.
- Ignite creativity through innovative art, music, and sensory activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State-recognized early childhood education credential or degree.
- Active First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
Nice to have
- Over one year of professional childcare experience.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Specialized talents in children’s music, arts, or theater.
