Early Childhood - Teacher (Toddlers)

About This Role

Join our dynamic early learning center in Atlanta, GA as a Toddler Teacher. You will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children ages 1 to 3. Your daily work will support early developmental milestones and foster a love for learning.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Monitor and record toddler developmental milestones and progress.
• Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's activities and behavior.
• Ensure proper supervision and safety of all children at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience working with toddlers.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Completion of state-mandated early childhood education training hours.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Experience with positive behavior guidance techniques.
• Bilingual communication skills.
