About the role

The Wayzata Early Learning School is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher or Parent Educator for their summer ECFE program. The position operates Tuesday evenings from 4:30p-6:45p.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver parent education information and facilitate group discussions
  • Work with children and parents

Requirements

  • A valid MN License in Parent Education from the Minnesota Department of Education
  • Excellent knowledge of child development and group communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with students, parents, and staff
  • Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable with technology or willing to learn
