Responsibilities

• Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Engage children in creative activities and learning experiences
• Support children's social and emotional development
• Foster a love of learning through our curriculum and programs
• Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Level 2 certification in Colorado (preferred)
• Previous experience in licensed childcare
• Ability to pass background checks and health assessments
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. for safety and emergencies

Pay & Schedule

The pay range is $18-$21 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications and experience.
