Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of young children. - Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. - Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. - Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents/guardians. - Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall goals of the school. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. - Valid state teaching license/certification. - Experience working with young children preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
