Early Childhood Teacher

Dallas County R-1 School is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Certification appropriate for the role is required.

About the Role

The teacher will manage an integrated classroom of typical students and students with special needs, collaborating with district team members, analyzing data, and communicating regularly with parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated early childhood classroom
• Collaborate with district team members and paraprofessionals
• Analyze student data and adjust instruction accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents
• Participate in evaluations, meetings, and itinerant services based on student need

Requirements

• Appropriate certification for the 2026-2027 school year
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience or comfort leading paraprofessionals
