Early Childhood Soccer Instructor

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Sports Instructor who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success

Requirements

• Has prior experience working with children (as a sports instructor, nanny, performer, teacher, camper, etc.)
• Enjoys working with children
• Open-minded and knows that coaching is a continuous journey
• Strives to be better by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
