Responsibilities

• Safety-conscious, prioritizing the safety of children under your care.
• Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
• Organized, planning ahead and maintaining a systematic routine.
• Responsible, committed to fulfilling the expectations of being a coach and representing Soccer Shots.
• Energetic, creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that encourages children to smile and participate.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children.
• Commitment to the safety and well-being of children.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
• Seasonal position, with 4 seasons per year, averaging 8 weeks each.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with children.
• Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans and routines.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Pay

$16.00/hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, at various locations including daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks. Additional public programs on Saturdays.
