Early Childhood Soccer Coach
About the role
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 2 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and educational activities for children aged 2 to 7
- Ensure safety for all children under your care
- Work with children in a non-competitive, stress-free environment
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
- Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
- Have an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development
- Enjoy working with children
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny)
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- No soccer experience needed
- Excellent for those interested in early childhood education or child development

Benefits
- Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate
- Opportunity for promotion to supervising coach with increased pay ($45 per hour)
Pay
$25 per hour, with potential for promotion to supervising coach at $45 per hour.
Schedule
Work 9am to 1pm every Sunday with the option to add more hours during the week. New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week.
