About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to coach 2 to 8 year old's in soccer. Founded in 2003, we aim to positively impact our community through soccer, focusing on character development alongside the game.

Responsibilities

• Coach young children in soccer
• Implement character-building principles in soccer
• Participate in ongoing training and evaluations
• Grow personally and professionally in areas like marketing, sales, or operations
• Schedule coaching sessions according to availability

Requirements

• Experience coaching young children
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule to accommodate scheduling needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of early childhood education principles

Coaches are scheduled only when they are available, allowing for flexibility in their work-life balance.
