About the role

Our Early Childhood Managerial Training (ECMT) program is a great opportunity to launch your leadership career. We are seeking professionals with experience in childcare or a similar industry who would like to engage in a formal training program geared toward a management role at one of our centers.

The ECMT program includes rotations at our centers and at our corporate office with a variety of mentors/trainers. Trainees receive instruction on key areas such as curriculum execution, licensing, ProCare (enrollment/tuition program), parent/customer relations, and other essential skills that Directors must possess. Upon completion of the program, ECMT candidates are given priority consideration for management opportunities such as Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Director roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed early childhood setting
  • AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
  • Meet Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation
  • Knowledge of Rule 3, NAEYC, SEEDS Ez-Write, and Creative Curriculum
  • Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work
  • Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
  • Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
  • Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
  • Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a diverse environment
