Moriah Early Childhood Center (ECC) is a Reggio Emilia–inspired, Jewish early childhood program serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Position Overview

We Are Seeking Early Childhood Educators Who Are Passionate about child-centered, inquiry-based learning, Inspired by Reggio Emilia or emergent curriculum approaches, Warm, reflective, and relationship-driven, Collaborative team players who value community and connection. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching teams to design engaging, emergent curriculum
• Observe and document children’s learning to inform classroom experiences
• Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Build strong, responsive relationships with children and families
• Create nurturing, inclusive classroom environments
• Maintain classroom health, safety, and organization standards
• Participate in reflective practice and team collaboration
• Uphold school policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with a minimum 6 credits in Early Childhood Education - Required
• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Familiarity with Reggio Emilia or play-based learning a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Warm, flexible, and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.25–$25/hour, based on experience
