Support
Support daily classroom routines and learning experiences for young children.
Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration and discovery.
Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and early problem-solving skills.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Guide children through daily transitions, meals, learning centers, and group activities.
Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and classroom updates.
Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children a plus
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children
