Early Childhood Education - Forensic Investigator
About the role
Robson Forensic will train you to be a forensic expert in early childhood facility and/or home-based program injuries, incidents, and abuse. You will investigate these incidents, analyze site procedures, write clear, scientifically sound reports, and provide expert testimony.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Membership: Member of an organization with an early childhood focus (ex. NAEYC or NAFCC).
- Experience: 8+ years of day-to-day Director/Supervisory experience in a facility for early childhood care; teaching experience with early childhood (including infant-toddler) populations; experience investigating incidents related to child injury and staff misconduct (including suspected physical/sexual assaults or child abuse).
- Experience: Experience with private, faith-based, in-home childcare, summer camp, school-age care, elementary and/or special education populations is a plus.
- Training: Current & relevant training/certifications in early childhood care and education.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of childcare licensing regulations, best practices, and current trends.
- Skills: Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Work Style: Roughly 20% travel for training & site inspections; the remainder is focused on analysis and report drafting, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
Prior forensic experience is not required. We seek professionals eager to apply their deep early childhood education knowledge to a challenging new domain.

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Hybrid schedule available for roles in Las Vegas, NV & Dallas/Fort Worth/Irving, TX.
