About the role

Provide strategic leadership for Early Childhood Education, after-school programs, camps, and family-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative programs that enhance youth development and family support.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand services and resources for children and families.
• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of all childcare and family services programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (child development, education, social work, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, family services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and family services.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
