What You'll Do

• Provide daily support to teaching teams, offering coaching, feedback, and modeling best practices.
• Attend regular training and professional development opportunities.
• Support the use of EMTSS within each classroom, participate in the EMTSS Leadership Team and regular training.
• Foster creative learning opportunities, program mission, and Vermont Early Learning Standards.
• Ensure curriculum is being implemented with fidelity across all classrooms.
• Monitor classroom environments, ensuring they are engaging, clean, safe and developmentally appropriate.
• Assist with lesson planning reviews, assessment implementation, and family-teacher conferences.
• Career field trips for preschool-school age classrooms.
• Support and provide classroom coverage when needed. Help manage daily staff coverage, scheduling adjustments, and break rotations.
• Take leadership role in the absence of Program Director/Owner.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a related field (ie; early childhood, education, human services, child development, etc.), Early Childhood Teaching License preferred.
