Early Childhood Coordinator - Part Time

We are seeking a Student Ministry Pastor to help lead our 7th–12th grade students and bring our vision to life: being a diverse community seeing future generations transformed by the gospel. This role is about more than programs—it’s about investing in students, creating a welcoming and safe environment, and we want to see future generations transformed by the love and stability of Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop student ministry programs that foster spiritual growth and community among 7th–12th graders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other church leaders to support their faith journeys.
• Develop and train volunteers to effectively lead student ministry activities and events.
• Engage the wider community through outreach initiatives that promote the gospel and build bridges between different groups.
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to ensure a cohesive vision for the church's overall mission and values.

Requirements

• A passion for youth ministry and a deep understanding of the Bible.
• Experience leading and developing youth ministry programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Commitment to the Christian faith and a desire to see others grow in their faith.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ministry, education, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth ministry or related field.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity.

Skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
