What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a clear vision for quality that aligns with state and local regulations, and drive adherence to established standards.
• Collaborate with staff to create engaging educational experiences, develop curriculum, and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with established procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, community outreach, and implementation of community relations strategies.
• Oversee all food-related activities, including menu approval and food purchases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide oversight of all office functions, including payroll, accounts payable, tuition billing, human resources, and purchasing.
• Maintain a fair and respectful environment by resolving conflicts and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the center's financial health and stability.
• Develop and implement procedures for illness and emergency situations, ensuring staff is adequately trained.
• Drive strategic planning and goal-setting, ensuring alignment with the center's mission and objectives.
• Develop a personal professional development plan to enhance quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Must clear full background check.
• Strong oral and written communications skills; technology skills.
• Strong finance and budgeting skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High energy.

Nice to Have

• We welcome candidates with Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification.
• A degree in early childhood education or a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE is highly valued.
