Early Childhood Behavior Therapy - Opportunities in Framingham and surrounding towns

About the role

Beacon ABA Services is seeking entry level or experienced individuals in the Framingham area who are passionate about early childhood development. We offer highly competitive rates starting between $23 - $27 per hour and generous Paid Time Off (PTO).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based treatment interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Work directly with children in their homes, following carefully created goals designed to promote independence
• Travel between client's homes with a valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
• Associate's degree in a related field with over 300 hours experience with children
• High School diploma considered - requires full availability and over 600 hours experience with children

Benefits

• $2,000 Full-time signing incentive
• $250 monthly bonuses
• Up to three (3) weeks accruable PTO

Pay

• Starting between $23 - $27 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Sessions take place Monday through Friday, anywhere from 8am-6:30pm
• Full-time employees are eligible for up to three (3) weeks accruable PTO
