Characteristic Duties And Responsibilities (include, But Not Limited To):

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards
• Provide individualized attention to each child's developmental needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support children's social, emotional, and academic growth
• Assess children's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
• Maintain a clean and safe learning environment
