Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HCSC’s formal internship program that leverages your skills, knowledge, and capabilities while providing meaningful experience supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in both business and technical areas to contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of solutions that address organizational needs.
• Learn and apply specific aspects of the organization's processes, programs, and technologies while demonstrating increasing independence and ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from an assigned mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform real business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience.
