- Proven experience within a high-volume early careers recruitment role
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing early careers market
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Experience of managing a small team, coaching and supporting team members with professional development
- Adept communicator with the ability to engage and develop strong working relationships with a diverse audience – both internally and externally
