Job Description

The Early Career Talent Lead is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving Chatham’s university recruiting, and early-career talent programs. This role serves as the strategic connector between Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, ensuring Chatham attracts, develops, and retains high-potential emerging talent aligned with the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive university and early-career talent strategy aligned to Chatham’s workforce planning and growth objectives.
  • Create and execute campus branding strategies, digital campaigns, ambassador programs, and recruiting events.
  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of the internship and analyst development programs.
  • Partner with leaders to create structured onboarding, learning pathways, mentorship and other developmental experiences.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships (Scholars of Finance) through sponsorships, target universities, faculty relationships, career centers, and diversity-focused initiatives that strengthen Chatham’s visibility and access to world-class talent communities.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive talent practices to continuously evolve Chatham’s approach to early-career talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, University Recruiting, Leadership Development, or related talent functions.
  • Experience designing and managing internship, analyst, rotational, or early-career programs.
  • Experience developing university partnerships and campus recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrated success building employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • (Preferred) Experience with Workday.
