About The Conference
The UK Public Health Science conference is an annual conference dedicated to science relevant to public health research, practice, and policy in the UK and Ireland. It aims to showcase the diversity, quality and impact of public health science, and to connect public health researchers, practitioners, and policy makers.
Host & Location
The next UK & Ireland Public Health Science Conference will be hosted by the School of Health and Wellbeing, University of Glasgow, with the generous support of Professor Emma McIntosh. All conference events will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow city centre.

- Main conference: Tuesday 20 April 2027
- Early career researchers event (half-day): afternoon of Monday 19 April 2027

Call for Abstracts
A full call for abstracts will be published shortly in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health. The provisional abstract submission deadline is Friday 16 October 2026.
