We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Sandia" (company description) but we should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About Sandia (company overview) could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is not present; we have "What Your Job Will Be Like" which is description of role. Also "Qualifications We Require", "Qualifications We Desire", "Also, for this posting we are seeking individuals with the following experience:" (that's more qualifications). Also "About Our Team". Also "Salary Range". Also "Flexible work arrangements" etc under About Sandia (benefits). Also "Generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits, competitive 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance and amenities aimed at creating a solid work/life balance". Also "These benefits vary by job classification." So we have benefits content. Also "Flexible work arrangements for many positions include 9/80 ... and 4/10 compressed workweeks, part-time work, and telecommuting". That's schedule info. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe "What Your Job Will Be Like"), Responsibilities (the list of duties), Requirements (Qualifications We Require), Qualifications (maybe combine Qualifications We Desire + experience list), Benefits, Pay (Salary Range), Schedule (flexible work arrangements). Also About Our Team could be part of About the role? Could be separate "About the Team". But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: - Section: About the role (use

About the role

) with paragraph(s) from "What Your Job Will Be Like" and maybe "About Our Team"? Actually "About Our Team" is separate but could be part of role description. Might be okay to include as part of About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "On any given day, you may be called on to:" bullet list. - Requirements: "Qualifications We Require" (Bachelor's degree, ability to obtain/maintain DOE Q clearance). - Qualifications: combine "Qualifications We Desire" and the long list of desired experience (starting with "Also, for this posting we are seeking individuals with the following experience:"). - Benefits: paragraph about generous vacation, medical, 401k, learning, relocation, amenities, flexible work arrangements? Actually flexible work arrangements could be Schedule. But we can include benefits: generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits, competitive 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance and amenities aimed at creating a solid work/life balance. Also note "These benefits vary by job classification." - Pay: Salary Range $117,500 - $235,700 plus note about estimated. - Schedule: Flexible work arrangements for many positions include 9/80, 4/10 compressed workweeks, part-time work, and telecommuting. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, security clearance details (though security clearance is a requirement? It's mentioned in Qualifications We Require: ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance. That's a requirement; we can keep that. The rest of security clearance details (background check, drug test, etc.) is boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Posting Duration", "Security Clearance" details beyond requirement, "Eeo", "NNSA Requirements For MedPEDs", "Job ID", "Job Family", etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact details where possible, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the substance but can rewrite in our own words as long as we keep the info. Safer to copy the sentences. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's craft:

Schedule

Flexible work arrangements for many positions include 9/80 (work 80 hours every two weeks, with every other Friday off) and 4/10 (work 4 ten-hour days each week) compressed workweeks, part-time work, and telecommuting (a mix of onsite work and working from home).

Check we didn't repeat job title. Good. We omitted "About Sandia" introductory paragraph? Actually we included some of that in About the role? We used "About Sandia" content? We omitted the initial paragraph about Sandia being premier lab etc. That is substantive info about the company; should we include? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The initial paragraph about Sandia is substantive. Should we include it somewhere, maybe as part of About the role or a separate section like "About Sandia". But we are only allowed to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot add arbitrary headings like "About Sandia". However we could incorporate that content into About the role section (makes sense). The About the role currently includes description of role and team; we could prepend the Sandia overview. Let's add a paragraph at start of About the role: "Sandia National Laboratories is the nation’s premier science and engineering lab for national security and technology innovation, with teams of specialists focused on cutting-edge work in a broad array of areas. Some of the main reasons we love our jobs: Challenging work with amazing impact that contributes to security, peace, and freedom worldwide; Extraordinary co-workers; Some of the best tools, equipment, and research facilities in the world; Career advancement and enrichment opportunities; Flexible work arrangements for many positions include 9/80 (work 80 hours every two weeks, with every other Friday off) and 4/10 (work 4 ten-hour days each week) compressed workweeks, part-time work, and telecommuting (a mix of onsite work and working from home); Generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits, competitive 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance and amenities aimed at creating a solid work/life balance; World-changing technologies. Life-changing careers. Learn more about Sandia at: http://www.sandia.gov These benefits vary by job classification." But note we already have Benefits and Schedule sections; we might duplicate. Better to keep the Sandia overview separate but we cannot add a heading not in list. Could we put it in a

without heading? The instruction:
