About the role

Woodside Energy is seeking Human Resources interns for Summer 2027 to gain hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, workforce planning, HR operations, and other people‑focused initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior graduating Spring 2028–Spring 2029.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30.
• Enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship.
• Available for at least 12 consecutive weeks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willing to complete pre‑employment screening.
• Agree to refrain from using AI‑assisted tools during the application or interview process.
• Recruitment agency applications will not be considered.
