Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams on mechanical engineering design development and implementation
- Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements
- Identify timely, cost-effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs
- Support technology-enhanced planning and design services across public, private, and institutional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
- No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning through civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or other related field of civil engineering preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Benefits
Salary Range $65,000 - $80,000
Pay
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
