Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on mechanical engineering design development and implementation
• Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements
• Identify timely, cost-effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs
• Support technology-enhanced planning and design services across public, private, and institutional projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
• No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning through civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or other related field of civil engineering preferred
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Benefits

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
• Based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
