Early Career Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Blow Mold

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products that meet specifications
• Trim excess material from molded products
• Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse in the manufacturing process
• Absorb with machine color changes and tooling changeovers
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor machine performance during production runs
• Weigh finished products to verify quality and machine accuracy
• Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch press equipment
• Safely hand-feed metal components into production equipment
• Packaged finished products for shipment
• Safely move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A history of reliability and longevity in previous positions is a plus
