Early Career Geologist

About the Role
For this case, we are looking for Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and overnight shifts, with additional scheduling options available depending on location.
- 1:1 patient care
- Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
- Documenting electronically
- Patient assessments (in-person)
- Developing meaningful long-term relationships
You start your day by touching base with your care team. For added ease, in-depth information on your patient is available on our dedicated EMR platform. Throughout the day, you will utilize your skills independently to provide 1:1 care to your patient in the comfort of their home. You administer medications, chart progress, communicate with additional care providers, and build a bond founded in quality at-home care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Maintains a current CPR certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
- Pediatric experience (preferred)
