Due to an upcoming retirement, this is a rare opportunity to join the team at 603Healthcare and lead one of our valued centers, Wolfeboro Bay Center. We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and lead a committed team in a warm, community-focused environment.

About the role

The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operation of the facility. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of care, managing staff, and overseeing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring quality care and compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff
• Foster a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the organization
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and census development
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
• Ensure survey readiness and successful outcomes

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for providing high-quality care and leading teams
