About the role

Your Job Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking Early Career Engineers to join our Global Sales & Marketing team through our 6-month Early Career Development Program.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Demonstrated interest in sales, customer engagement, business development, product management, marketing, or technical solutions

What Will Put You Ahead

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline, OR pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or related fields with a demonstrated interest in technical sales and customer-facing careers
• Leadership experience through internships, student organizations, athletics, work experience, military service, or campus involvement

Pay

We anticipate paying $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
