Responsibilities

  • Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
  • Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
  • Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
  • Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Requirements

  • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay

Compensation ($19-$20.64/hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.

Schedule

All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
