The Role

Eagle Lake Camps is a Christian ministry that inspires Christ-centered love and commitment through counselor relationships. We offer exciting outdoor experiences and life-on-life ministry.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with campers and fellow counselors
• Lead small group activities and Bible studies
• Ensure safety and supervision of campers during all activities
• Participate in team building and leadership training sessions

Requirements

• Strong faith in Jesus Christ
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience leading groups or teaching youth preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Background check required

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Team player
• Confidence in leading and teaching
