About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Floating Resident Care Assistant to join their facilities in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse. This role involves assisting residents with personal cares, activities of daily living, and providing social activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling shifts in one or more locations, at times on short notice.
• Be prepared to assist with filling in for vacations, leaves, vacancies, and/or call-ins.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to ensure a safe and well-being-focused environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous direct care experience, preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience preferred.
• CBRF Certification(s) preferred.

Qualifications for Higher Wages

Pay

Starting rates are between $18.00 and $22.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Night Shift and Weekend differentials apply.

Schedule

• Full-Time PM shift: Monday - Friday - no weekends/holidays
• Part-Time NOC shift: Monday - Friday, overnight shift - no weekends/holidays
• Casual Call NOC shift: Monday - Friday, overnight shift - no weekends/holidays
