Eagle Airport Shuttle Dispatch

About the role

Join our team as a remote EGE Shuttle dispatch support agent helping to book reservations for our clients flying into Eagle County Airport (EGE). This is a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to earn some extra money with a flexible “work from home” schedule. We prefer to hire candidates currently pursuing a degree in either hospitality or communications, or recent graduates looking for some supplemental income.

Responsibilities

• Book and confirm flight reservations for clients
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to ensure smooth booking process
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

• Previous experience in working for a high volume dispatch or call center operation is highly recommended
• Preferred local Eagle County residents familiar with Eagle Airport and surrounding destinations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
