EA1-DISCHARGE HOUSEKEEPER, FMFH - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

About the role

This position is located at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role is on-site with a 0.5 FTE (20 standard hours per week) schedule, Monday through Friday from 1–5 pm. This position does not include holidays or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform discharge cleaning of in-patient rooms according to hospital cleaning protocols.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
• Observe safe practices and infection control measures.
• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Adhere to departmental policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience preferred: A minimum of 1 year of cleaning or relevant experience.
• Education preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Effective communication with patients, visitors, and staff while performing housekeeping duties.
