For our client, we are seeking a E2e Business Architect (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $146,100 – $190,300 annually Responsibilities Define and align the transformation roadmap for the Component Supply Chain in collaboration with business leaders Design and implement comprehensive supply chain transformations to enhance process efficiencies and deliver business value Utilize data-driven analytics to derive insights, forecast trends, and improve supply chain performance Contribute to the forward-thinking evolution of the company’s supply chain in an AI-centric environment Translate strategic business goals into actionable and measurable plans with clear outcomes Mentor team members in business architecture techniques and tools to build organizational expertise Define and maintain business capability models, process flows, and transformation roadmaps Qualifications 15+ years in semiconductor industry with experience in Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Logistics, Quality, Inventory, Order Management, and Product Lifecycle Management 5+ years in business architecture and transformation leadership, focusing on large-scale projects and system integrations Strong grasp of semiconductor supply chain dynamics and industry-specific technologies, with experience collaborating with Foundry and logistics partners Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for both working and executive levels, alongside proficiency in Project Management methodologies Background in transforming Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP systems Benefits Remote work flexibility within the USA Opportunities for personal and professional growth through mentoring Access to advanced technologies and tools in an innovative environment Engagement in high-impact projects that influence supply chain strategies Collaborative work culture with integration across various functions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
