E*TRADE Fixed Income Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Aid clients with order management and execution.
- Closely collaborate with the Trading Desk for trade support.
- Maintain and ensure key service metrics and goals are met.
- Support other internal groups with trade-related inquiries as needed.
- Contribute input on website functionality and client feedback to internal partners.
- Answer any fixed income customer service inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience in fixed income markets.
- Desirable knowledge of Tradeweb, Bloomberg, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly strong in Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage workflows effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly.

Pay & Benefits
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $33.66 and $55.29 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
