Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and improving the efficiency of fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Drive a company-provided van during your shift
• Locate scooters and perform battery swaps
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters
• Maintain accurate task completion through the Veo app
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology
• Able to lift and move scooters weighing up to 60 lbs without assistance
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of local streets and geography
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related fields
