About the Role

Join our team managing retail and food & beverage concessions in airport environments. We operate a diverse portfolio including newsstands, souvenir shops, bookstores, gift shops, and various dining concepts ranging from full-service restaurants to cafes and snack bars.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores and/or food service locations within the airport
• Manage inventory levels for merchandise including books, magazines, newspapers, gifts, novelties, souvenirs, and food/beverage products
• Supervise and schedule staff across multiple concession units
• Ensure compliance with airport security protocols and health/safety regulations
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
• Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints promptly
• Coordinate with airport authorities and concession partners

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Ability to obtain required airport security clearance and badges
