E&D Scaffold Carpenter

About the Role

The Scaffold E&D Carpenter assists with the stacking, counting, and preparation of scaffolding materials on and off the job site. They support the Lead Carpenter and Foreman, mentoring and coaching E/D Helpers to promote their development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling scaffolding materials, ensuring proper storage and shipment preparation.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely under supervision.
• Support team members and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Scaffold E&D Helper 2 or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely at heights.
• Knowledge of various scaffolding materials and proper tools.
• Trade school preferred but not required; bilingual skills a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting over 40 pounds, bending, and working outdoors or indoors as needed.
