The Role
This role will be instrumental in our growth, executing beautiful imagery that exceeds our client's expectations. In addition to on-set photography and styling, this person will be a creative leader who helps bring our clients’ visions to life. The role will report to our Lead Photographer.
What You’ll Do
- Photograph e-commerce imagery to client-specific standards across still life and on-figure
- Develop lighting and photography guides for clients and standard product types
- Style products on off-model sets to align with brand direction and shot requirements
- Support digital techs, photographers, and freelance creatives
- Improve and troubleshoot digital capture workflows and on-set processes
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure photography needs are clearly defined and met
- Liaise directly with clients on set to ensure alignment on creative direction and execution
- Guide retouching and video editing workflows when needed
- Support the care and organization of photography equipment and studio tools through tasks such as inventory, maintenance, set building, and breakdown
Who You Are
- A studio photographer with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail
- Comfortable shooting a range of e-commerce content from still life to on-figure
- Comfortable styling still life sets including tabletop, ghost, and flat lays
- Congfident making creative decisions while aligning with brand guidelines
- Collaborative, communicative, and experienced working with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive about improving workflows and studio standards
- Curious, adaptable, and excited by creative challenges
- Comfortable working with studio strobes and/or continuous lighting
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1-3 years of full-time e-commerce photography experience
- Strong proficiency in studio lighting and foundational video knowledge
- Experience with Canon cameras, Profoto lighting, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage shot lists and meet daily shot count expectations
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work comfortably in a studio environment

- Strong desire to improve production processes and workflows
- Experience using workflow management tools such as Creative Force
